Dutch Rall is an Emmy-winning filmmaker, composer, and performer. His work has received a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts. Dutch has created official music videos for the Duran Duran art project TV Mania, shot Olympic television campaigns for Visa, and has produced experimental performance dance films. Dutch lives in Texas with his wife Jeni, where he drinks too much coffee and makes music for his band Nocturne Blue.
Citizen Architect airs tonight on national PBS. I was lucky enough to shoot about half of the finished film and Sam the director/editor did a great job putting it all together.
